Taryn and I had a couple of hours on our hands with no little fingers and no significant others around and this is what we decided to do with our spare time!
Let me rewind, before we took on the candy makin we enjoyed a meal at Mi Pueblo (filling our tummys with good food, so we did not eat only bad food) and some girl chat time...
Taryn's choice was puppy chow and my choice was white trash!
It was a "sweet" success!
Yep, we did use a trash bag to mix them up.

Totally dig the mustard color in your kitchen. So pretty! I bet it pops in there. (that sounded funny didnt it) Treats looked delish too. Not sure that Ive ever had white trash. Sounds interesting, but looked good. Glad you had a good break. I made candied almound if you'd like the recipe.
How fun, and YUMMY! I was going to say, I love that color...really stands out!
love the color! a friend of mine that is building used that same color in her kitchen and i'm really drawn to it! ryan says no way for our new house though... :(
Taryn's house is really cute. My mom makes oodles of puppy chow and white trash (although my mom calls it "Christmas mix") for the holidays. Yummy!
