Class Trip - Part One

I am still in rewind mode....
Andre and I made a trip to Washington DC and New York with the seniors at Barr-Reeve.
It was absolutely AMAZING. I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed myself!
Andre is a senior sponsor so we had been anticipating our trip with them.
I have nearly one thousand pics(took most of them for the kids) so it has been a nightmare trying to decide which ones to post, finally i decided why not do a bunch of collages! So here you have them... I am doing a few at a time so stay tuned for the rest!

Our first stop was the Air Force Memorial, dedicated to all the men and women who have served in the United States Air Force. Dedicated October 14, 2006.

Our next stop was Arlington National Cemetery.

Within Arlington, is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

On then to see the Marine Corps War Memorial,
or as most of us know it Iwo Jima.

The next morning we awoke to the beautiful capitol building.
These are views from the inside!!!

Rewind... happy birthday Gabe!

Friday April, 23 my boy turned THREE! We made it an eventful day by waking up to balloons and doughnuts(that daddy bought for us). He was thrilled!

Then off to have lunch with daddy.... our little tradition. Daddy had a gift waiting on both Gabe and Ella. Gabe recieved "moon in my room", which is a replica of the moon that changes phases. He loves it.... it also serves as a night light now! And Ella recieved a little bag of horses... her new fav. They had fun playin in daddys room and giving him hugs and kisses.

After lunch we headed home for some much needed naps.... they we awoke to daddy being at home to play with us. After some play time we headed to Gabes fav spot.... Mi Pueblo. He was able to share some good food with family and friends. This pic of him with two of his fav men in his life makes my heart melt.

After supper, Nanno and Nanna(my dad and mom) went ahead and let him open the gift they bought for him. Uncle Adam even came to visit! We love having him around when we can... Gabe loves it and so does his daddy!

By the end of the night, Gabe and Andre were ramping the cars off of the track. Hence the one in the air in this pic!

Happy Birthday to my baby boy! (party pic's to come)
